How the windows get cleaned
Every pane gets hands on it: scrubbed, scoured with the right abrasive for the buildup, squeegeed clean, and detailed down to the sills. High glass is reached by ladder, so every window gets the same attention, top to bottom.

Scrub
Each pane is scrubbed with a strip washer and a professional solution built on Glass Gleam 4 window soap, with Hi Glide added so the glass stays wetter and the squeegee glides smooth.

Scour
The right abrasive for the glass and the buildup, from a walnut-husk pad to very fine steel wool, lifts sap, bird droppings, and baked-on grime a plain wash leaves behind.

Squeegeed clean for a streak-free finish.

Edges detailed with a microfiber towel, and the sills wiped as part of the finish.
What's included
Full clean
Interior and exterior glass, with screens and tracks included. The standard, and what most clients book.
Exterior-only
Outside glass only. Screens and tracks aren't part of this one. Interior-only is available too, though rarely requested.
Add-on: hard-water stains
Etched spots from sprinklers and runoff, lifted with the right abrasive. Priced above a standard clean.
Add-on: post-construction
Paint, stucco, labels, and debris off new builds and remodels. Other unusually heavy buildup is handled the same way.
Nothing to prep on your end. If it's easy to clear a few breakables off the interior sills, that helps, but it's never a problem if you don't.
When to do it
Twice a year is ideal
Spring and fall. Most homes do it once a year, and that works fine too.
Winter works
Windows are the one service that usually keeps going through winter, weather permitting.

A typical full-home clean runs most of a day, and you don't need to be home for exterior work.
